Nico has over 12 years of experience in design. He has successfully worked with clients across regions, cultures, and languages. Throughout his career, Nico has helped companies develop new experiences, understand their customers, and transform their digital strategies.

Prior to joining Procore, Nico worked as a design consultant for McKinsey in various companies and industries. While at IBM, Nico led and designed experiences for various A.I.-powered products.

Nico specializes in visual design, interaction design, service design, user research, facilitation, coaching, agile processes, and product strategy. When not reading about design and technology, Nico spends his time traveling, hiking, and photographing nature.
